DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY:

FIRST: DELIVERY TIME.

FOURTH: ABOUT THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS.

  1. Factory warranty claims

To enforce your warranty it is necessary to have the purchase ticket and deliver the complete product, with all accessories if included.

In addition, to enforce the product warranty you must write to cs@allmediservices.com explaining the case and the failure, indicating the order number found on your purchase invoice and attach a photograph or image of the invoice. The warranty applies only if the product has a factory defect or malfunction, you can change it according to the policies set out below:

– The exchange is valid in the first 7 days after the date of purchase.

– The warranty consists of the repair or replacement of the product for manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of invoice. In case the product is not repairable, we will exchange it for another product.

Merchandise altered or damaged by customer misuse, accident, fire, flood, natural catastrophes while in the customer’s possession, or which fails as a result of being used on voltages or circuits for which it is not designed, or by voltage fluctuations, may not be returned or covered by warranty.

  1. Returns and exchanges during the first 24 hours.

If at the moment of receiving the product it does not meet the customer’s expectations (color, size, style, design, capacity, etc.), All Medi Services must be informed at cs@allmediservices.com explaining the case within a period not exceeding one day or 24 hours after delivery and requesting the exchange of the item for any other product of the customer’s choice.

The product is exchanged during the first 24 hours as long as the product is unused and in excellent condition as it was delivered (packaging and accessories).

In case there is a difference between the price of the original item and the price of the new item, the customer must pay the difference of money of the new product by means of transfer and provide the receipt via email.

Any change made by the customer must cancel again the costs of shipping the package to our warehouses and the shipping of the new item.

To return the product the customer must contact All Medi Services through cs@allmediservices.com and manage the process.

To exchange the product, please write to cs@allmediservices.com. The attention schedule is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  1. Exchanges of personal care products.

Personal care products (cosmetics, shampoo, conditioner, hair treatments or chemical products are not exchanged due to their condition of personal use).
